Departmental authorized signers may use this form to set up basic email accounts for university departments and faculty/staff organizations. (This form cannot be used for student organizational accounts.) Account owners must have a current ISD computer account before an organizational account can be established.

Departments and organizations wishing to publish web pages are invited to apply for a USCweb account.
